Starting with Imperium 1.4 there is now a official game directory that can be populated in a automated manner. No more creating and editing records, your record will automatically be kept up to date.
To publish your server info to the directory just use the ImpCtrl command like this:
ImpCtrl -s
It is requested you only run this once per day.
