If you cant get a native version of the client, such as for android or ios devices, you may want to take a look at this. Its also useful when you want to check up on the latest activity while on someone elses computer.
The bookmark feature is still in development but you can manually enter the data and play it now.

Note that is uses googles authentication service, so you will need a google account. The example empire game uses the following scheme for unclaimed countries:

2 2
3 3
Etc... If you want to play just change the country name and claim it...
Note that you can save your logged in state and resume even from a different computer/web browser...
