Steps to get a server running was created by Marisa Giancarla

Edit the config file to your liking
run:
files -e etc/empire/econfig
run:
fairland -ae etc/empire/econfig -R SEED NUMCONT SIZECONT
Run "man fairland" to get more options for this command
Start the empire server
Create the continents using the file created in step 3:
empire POGO peter < newcap_script

Should be up now!
